Jonathan Majors is Meagan Good's man and she's sticking beside him.
Good, who is promoting her latest movie "Divorce in the Black," shared in an interview with the "Today" show Tuesday that "every friend advised" her against dating Majors amid the "Creed III" actor's trial.
Majors, 34, was arrested in New York in March 2023 and accused of assaulting his girlfriend Grace Jabbari in the back of a car. In December, he was convicted of misdemeanor assault and harassment, but acquitted of intentional assault and aggravated harassment. Majors had pleaded not guilty.
The actor was sentenced to a 52-week domestic violence intervention program, but avoided jail time.
He and Good, 42, sparked dating rumors in May 2023 and the following month she began attending his trial at Manhattan Criminal Court.

"At the end of the day, one thing I know is that I can always look myself in the mirror when I trust my spirit, when I trust God, when I ask God, when I move to the beat of my own drum — I can always look and say, 'I'm proud of that,'" Good told hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush. "Whatever happens, I have peace in my heart and I have harmony in my heart."

The "Harlem" star added that while she takes "everyone's opinion and advice into account," she doesn't base her decisions on "what someone else is saying."
"I'm the one who has to live my life. I'm the one who has to get to heaven one day, prayerfully, and give God an account of what I did," she continued. "So, I want to be responsible for the choices that I make. I also want to live the life that I want to live."
Speaking of their relationship, Good gushed, "The support we've been able to give to each other, the pouring into each other, the honest conversations, the love, the respect, just the care, and the thoughtfulness, it's been really wonderful."
'Harlem' Season 2:Meagan Good says she saved a 'good cry' amid divorce for one scene
Good and Majors' relationship follows her divorce from DeVon Franklin in 2021 after nearly a decade of marriage.
The actress said the divorce motivated her to star in Tyler Perry's latest flick to help people "feel seen" during that time and "give them empowerment."
